We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. They treated us like family and even provided a crib for our daughter. The valet service was awesome, and the hotel was very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, being close to the downtown entertainment district and shops in a nearby building. We also loved the fact that the hotel was centrally located to the Toyota Center, the home court for the Houston Rockets. Can't wait to visit again!

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Houston for a quick overnight trip. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a nice view. The hotel had a fitness area, and I enjoyed the fragrant orchids in the public areas. The complimentary coffee, infused waters, and fresh fruit were delicious. I was especially grateful to be able to check in early after a long night of travel. The staff, from the front desk to room service, was outstanding.

The attention to detail at this hotel is amazing, from the spotless rooms to the exceptional service. the fitness center and pool are like hidden oases in the bustling city. And not only does the hotel offer a great variety of food and drinks at the restaurants, but the cocktails are also fantastic. the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the curtains in my room were broken, so I couldn't fully block out the sunlight.

The bar staff at Four Seasons were attentive, friendly, and quick to set up chairs at the pool. The food at the hotel was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Despite the hotel being a little dated, the friendliness of the staff and the high quality of dining made up for it. The bar staff in the lobby, especially the bartender in suspenders, were fabulous. It is evident that there is a good management setup in place, which shows at all levels. I found my stay at Four Seasons to be enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, being next to Discovery Park and close to the Toyota Center, the home court of the local basketball team. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh vegan food prepared by the talented chefs, who kindly catered to our dietary needs. The outdoor pool was large and fun, and the gym and spa facilities were well-equipped. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and amazing staff made our stay memorable.
