I had the best time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping on 5th Ave or taking a stroll through Central Park. The junior reception staff member went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Parking was convenient, and transportation options were readily available. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and were greeted with a cake and champagne for my wife's birthday.
