The value for money was excellent, with a spacious room and stunning city views. The location was convenient, close to the World Trade Center and neighboring Soho and Tribeca. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay at Four Seasons Downtown was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher floor with a beautiful city view. The beds were super comfortable and we loved having a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to the subway. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying here.

The state of the art facilities, including the fantastic gym and pool, were impressive. The staff provided exceptional service, even offering a complementary tea when I was feeling ill. The bar and room service food were excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the subway and in the Financial District. Plus, I enjoyed having breakfast at the Wolfgang Puck restaurant in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were stunning, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the awesome pool where my swimmer friend could train early in the morning. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to three different subway lines and a short walk to Battery Island. I also want to mention Katora and the spa manager, who were both extremely friendly and eager to help. The staff at this hotel truly made my stay memorable.

The hotel had beautiful and spacious rooms with extremely comfortable bedding. The bathroom was incredibly large with a deep tub for soaking. The location was superb, with easy access to key attractions such as the 9/11 memorial, Financial District, Battery Park, and Brooklyn Bridge. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

There were some issues with the hotel's staff. There seemed to be a lack of prompt and attentive service, with only a few members of staff present in the lobby.

Had an amazing Xmas stay here! the breakfast was so delicious and it was awesome that they offered free drinks at the bar. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with an easy walk to all the attractions. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the cozy bedsheets.

My only complaint was that the room service was a bit slow and one of the staff members had a bit of an attitude problem. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back!

this hotel far exceeded my expectations. a step up from my previous stay in nyc. the staff was exceptional, attentive to every detail. rooms were tastefully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. the gym and pool were state of the art. overall, a truly 5* experience!
