During my stay at the Four Seasons, I jokingly made a special request while making my reservation. To my surprise, not only did they grant my request, but they also gave me the exact room I wanted. The attention to detail and level of service provided by General Manager Florian Riedel and his team was truly exceptional. It's experiences like these that make me a loyal Four Seasons customer around the world. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was great for business, with several restaurants on University Avenue around Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to major highways. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

As a solo traveler, I loved the well-maintained and comfortable room with a deep soaker tub and a TV in the bathroom. The luxurious atmosphere embraced me upon entering, and the dinner at Quattro was amazing, with a knowledgeable and friendly waiter who introduced me to the perfect wine. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the new and attractive facility, added to the overall positive experience. The fruit basket in the room was a nice touch.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided were excellent. Despite being located beside a major highway, the room was extremely quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed the decent restaurant, room service, and coffee shop. The location was perfect, as it was close to many great restaurants in the city center of this Silicon Valley town. The staff at the hotel, including the friendly and helpful door staff, were exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and we were delighted to find a fruit basket in our room upon arrival. it was a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

When it comes to the experience at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley At East Palo Alto, there are no cons to mention. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Located in an odd area, near the freeway and a shopping mall. Two miles from the Palo Alto station and twice as far from Stanford. The hotel had a very expensive spa.

The king size bed was very soft. The view from the room was the freeway, not ideal.

The location also means that busy highways can be seen and heard from the rooms. the neighborhood doesn't seem to be ideal for walking after dark.
