During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and excellent service at this beachfront resort. the two pools, including an olympic-sized one, provided ample space for guests to enjoy a refreshing swim. the hotel's prime location allowed for breathtaking views of the nearby Channel Islands, creating a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. Additionally, the resort grounds were meticulously maintained with lush gardens and exotic plants, adding to the overall ambiance.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the hotel's age was evident in some areas, such as the dated furnishings and occasional plumbing issues.

Cracked Windshield Resolved!

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel for a weekend getaway and unfortunately, our car's windshield got cracked while it was in valet parking. We were initially concerned about how the hotel would handle the situation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredible, providing excellent service from the valet to the waiters and desk people. The massage therapist was also top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an attractive lobby and beautiful rooms furnished with elegant furniture. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the bedding was of excellent quality. Additionally, the location near the beach and the access to the private beach club were major highlights. I also enjoyed the lovely views from the restaurant and the delicious breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in front of a beautiful beach. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with impressive vacation facilities. The swimming pool, featuring underwater music, was a highlight, along with another grand and striking pool across the street. The staff went above and beyond, even sending hot tea and honey to our room when I fell ill. I can't wait for the chance to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Biltmore in Santa Barbara. The value for the money was excellent, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful Spanish tiled bathroom. The location, right on the ocean, was stunning, and the staff treated us like royalty, even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps with a wider variety of options to choose from.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially by the pool. the room was also very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great shower. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. the service, comfort, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. First, I didn't enjoy the music that was playing underwater in the pool.

I stayed at the stunning Four Seasons in California for a few nights and had an amazing time. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with grand interiors and spacious, comfortable rooms. The 68 inch TV in our room was a fantastic touch. We loved lounging by the small pool, where we were treated to continuous drinks service and complimentary snacks. The hotel's location by the beach offered breathtaking sunset views. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was the best we had during our trip, with a wide variety of delicious options. we felt like royalty and it was a truly luxurious experience.

Would recommend this hotel. The staff, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional.

The hotel is stunning and spacious with grand interiors. The room had a huge 68-inch TV. The small pool offered continuous drinks service and free snacks. The beautiful beach is a short walk away. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty options.

We had a fantastic city break with two complementary services that made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was key as it was close to the beach and had a beautiful view. the rooms were also comfortable and cozy.

The limited dining options on the property were somewhat disappointing, and the adjacent private club for dining required an extra payment. the distance from downtown made it somewhat difficult to access local attractions.
