I had a truly enjoyable stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were so comfortable and the decor was simply beautiful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping everything immaculate and well-kept. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly and accommodating front desk staff. They truly made me feel welcome. The hotel amenities were outstanding - from the indoor pool to the kids' room, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And the extra touches like chocolate lollipops and complimentary cake treats sent to my room made me feel like a VIP. I can't wait to go back!

Nestled in a serene mountainous area, guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast is delicious, and the on-site facilities, such as the fitness center and indoor swimming pool, are top-notch.

There were some minor issues with missing amenities in the rooms.

Loved the cleanliness, helpful staff, and serene atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and the staff, especially Debbie, were outstanding. They listen to requests and always brought what we asked for without us having to flag someone down. The decorated Easter egg we bought as a gift for our neighbors was so lovely and creative. The comfortable bed, amenities, and service at the restaurant by Phillip were fabulous and made our dining experience memorable. The staff recommended great restaurants, local hikes, shopping, and gave helpful directions. The room was spacious and elegant.

I recently stayed at Four Seasons in Westlake Village for a wedding. The staff was professional and accommodating, and the choices of dining were excellent. The cafe was terrific and the spa was wonderful. The front desk service was great, with Ashley being particularly helpful. The rooms were comfortable, with a great bed. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the outdoor pool was a highlight with outstanding staff. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations, with our room cleaned and organized while we were out. a fantastic stay.

The hotel was easy to access, conveniently located off the 101 Fwy. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room had lovely decor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the provided robes and slippers. Additionally, the hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Four Seasons. The kids loved the indoor pool and arcade, while we appreciated the personalized robes and cookies in our room. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Malibu and visiting the Ronald Reagan presidential library in Simi Valley. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, which was great for traveling with kids. The staff, especially Josh Eckler, was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel surpassed our expectations, with our room being tidied up and organized while we were out. a top-notch experience!

We had the most amazing city break in a stunning hotel. the complimentary drinks were great and the staff were so accommodating. the hotel was in a great location surrounded by beautiful scenery. Plus, the spa and pool area were exceptional and just what we needed to relax and rejuvenate.

It would have been nice if they considered each case individually. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and plan to return soon!

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village for a one night getaway and it was one of the best choices I've ever made. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, from the valet to the restaurant staff. We were even given a free room upgrade with a nicer view. The surrounding neighborhood was clean and comfortable, and our first stay with Four Seasons exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with outstanding service from Debbie and the rest of the staff. They listened to every request and were always prompt with bringing any extras we asked for. The hotel rooms were functional, modern, plush, and beautiful, and the spa and workout room were fantastic. The outdoor pool was quiet and well-served, and we enjoyed breakfast outside overlooking the beautiful gardens and waterfalls. Highly recommended!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and the food and drinks were great. We also loved the location, as it was a great place to unwind and relax.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The views from the room were not as advertised, as we had a view of the access road to the highway as well.
