We had a great experience staying at a hotel in Norwich. the staff at Fred's Inn Restaurant & Lodging were fantastic, especially the housekeeping team. They were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the flexibility of the hotel when we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room. Despite being mostly full, they quickly moved us to another room, which was a huge relief for me as I have severe COPD and need a good airflow. We're thankful for their understanding and excellent service.

The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and it was also very quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant and bar had a retro-cool roadhouse vibe, and the prices were reasonable. I can only imagine how good their barbeque must be, considering they have their own smokehouse. a great place to stay in this town.

La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand frigo et un mini coin bouilloire. La salle de bain rénovée récemment était très appréciée. L'accueil chaleureux des gérants était un point fort.
