This place is fantastic! I loved the location of the venue, surrounded by the forest and garden, and being able to ride the trolley. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed all the amenities in my room, including the sitting area and bathtub. Plus, the outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day.

Beautifully restored hotel with large public spaces and lots to do. Friendly staff and great service. Loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub in winter. The stables were a favorite, with the staff going above and beyond to make our visit special

The food was not great and quite expensive, especially considering the quality. The breakfast area felt like a cafeteria, with pre-paying and including the tip before sitting down, and the cashier wearing latex gloves, which seemed odd and off-putting

I highly recommend making reservations at 1875 for a fine dining experience. And don't miss taking the trolley over to West Baden for dinner or drinks. The only issue I had was with the shower curtains in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Peaceful, beautifully decorated hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Family-friendly activities including Polar Express, train trolly, and Christmas lights. Beds were great and the entire property was immaculate. Would definitely go again. Casino was not huge but had plenty of games.

Many activities offered nearby - massages at West Baden, gambling at nearby casino, beautiful grounds, multiple dining options. Free train ride provided.

All in all, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was such a wonderful experience! The complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious with a variety of options for everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with an incredible view from the balcony. And the best aspect of the hotel was the indoor pool, perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of exploring the city.

The worst aspect of the hotel was the noise level. The room walls were not well insulated, making it possible to hear the conversations of guests in the adjacent rooms and hallway.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed dining at the various eateries. The food portions were generous, allowing us to share meals. The garden, pool, spa, and casino provided plenty of entertainment options. There was so much to do that we wished we had more time.
