Our updated room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. the location is perfect, steps away from Bourbon Street yet peaceful. the courtyard fountain adds to the historic vibe, making it a delightful stay.

Floors had protruding nails, bugs. Balcony availability can be misleading, especially for taller guests.

I always stay here whenever I visit. Kind staff shared great places to go on my first trip. It suits me perfectly with Wi, Fi, flat, screen TV, cookware. Express check, in/out, VIP treatment. No pets/smoking , all I need for my trip. Can't wait to come back! .

The Wi-Fi doesn't work and the shower was difficult to use without getting water all over the bathroom. the noise from other guests was disruptive, and there was no one available to complain to or call.
