Had a great time at the hotel on the seawall! LOVED the poolside snack bar. Cozy room, but service was hit or miss. Would stay again! Photos don't do justice.

omg, the view from our room was just chefs kiss! 🌊 could literally smell the ocean from my bed. Breakfast was ok, but that view! one minus: room smelled weird.

i had a wonderful time at gaido's inn. the pool was spectacular and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. the bar staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyable experience. the room was clean and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. overall, a great stay that i would repeat.

The interior of the room at this hotel was surprisingly chic and modern, way better than I expected from the outside look. The beds were super comfy, and they even had a dispensary with toiletries - no need to lug our own shampoo and conditioner! Loved the value and attention to detail. the pool area connected to the bar was a great chill spot with a live band, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach 🏖️.

The breakfast was surprisingly delightful and the room was charmingly decorated. Loved the sweet service from the ladies at breakfast and the kind front desk lady. Despite the pool area cleanup issue, my stay at Gaido's Seaside Inn in Galveston was overall enjoyable.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was ideal, within walking distance to various stores and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of made-to-order entrees and homemade baked goods. the pool area was fantastic, offering a great beach view where you can relax with exceptional seafood and drinks at the bar or in the jacuzzi next to it. I had a wonderful time enjoying the amenities and the vibe of the hotel.

Excellent beach location, nice pool. Room amenities impressive with little extras. Hot water was great. Nick's restaurant worth trying. Affordable option for families and travelers. Would return.

Gaido's Seaside Inn exceeded my expectations with its spacious room and ocean view. The amenities provided, such as the flat-screen TV and the outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The seafood restaurant's rich history and the Redfish Pool Bar also made dining and unwinding convenient and enjoyable.

The property's location, while vibrant and culturally diverse, meant that it was a bit far from the nearest airport. However, the overall experience at Gaido's Seaside Inn made this negligible in comparison to the fantastic stay I had.

I always return because it suits me perfectly. The staff helped with a local taxi number on my first stay. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and a restaurant. I appreciate the 24-hour reception and the outdoor swimming pool. Ideal for my business trips.

Fantastic Gulf Views and Convenient Location

The breathtaking view of the gulf from our balcony and the proximity to various restaurants and shops made our stay enjoyable. However, cleanliness issues, such as roaches and mold, detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The property descriptions aim to allow any visitor to make an informed decision on whether the hotel is an appropriate choice to stay on Galveston Island. I couldn't agree more! I was delighted by the charming nautical theme of the elegant seafood restaurant and bar, opened in 1911. The coastal classic truly elevated the dining experience.

Air conditioner didn't cool and there were bugs in the tub, on the towels. Staff acted as though they didn't care after I reported it.

loved the location and helpful staff. enjoyed the observation deck and feeding the birds. room was clean and adequate. appreciated the little things like bottled water and good breakfast. pool was a highlight and loved being close to the beach and restaurants.

Let me tell ya, the local bread at Gaido's Seafood Restaurant was a flavor explosion! The bar/lounge area vibes were on point, and the poolside snack bar served up drinks as refreshing as a dip in the Gulf. Plus, nearby joints like Nick's Kitchen and Beach Bar had me craving seconds.

No dining area for breakfast, but hey, the jam-packed scene just added to the local buzz. Parking was a bit of a treasure hunt, and check-out twists were like solving a puzzle.

The Redfish Pool Bar was a delightful spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the beautiful pool view. The room was very unsatisfactory, with issues such as mold in the shower, a stinky odor, and a very uncomfortable bed.

Beautiful location with easy beach access. Enjoyed watching the waves from our room. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options. We had a minor issue with our room key not working for the pool area, but the staff quickly helped us out. a great stay! Despite one small issue, we enjoyed our stay at Gaido's Seaside Inn and would recommend it to others.
