great stay at a cozy inn with friendly staff, clean facilities, and delicious breakfast. loved the private patio and comfy bed. exceeded expectations during our summer holidays in Fresno.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently near the freeway but not right next to it. It was also right next to some very unusual gardens, which added a unique touch to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were very spacious. The hotel facilities were excellent, with beautiful grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast included fresh fruit from their own garden.

The size of the bathroom mirror was impressive, it made getting ready a breeze. the hotel had a beautiful garden outside with fruit trees and surrounding flowers and plants, it was a lovely sight to enjoy. the grounds were well-maintained and had chairs and tables with convenient ashtrays for smokers.

The remote control didn't work, and the guy at check-in was very rude about us not having a major credit card. the pool and jacuzzi were not functional, which was disappointing.
