The room rates were very affordable, and they even provided 2 complimentary drinks per room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a BBQ grill next to the pool, which made for a fun and delicious evening. The rooms were impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to major restaurants and shopping centers. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel had a great buffet for dinner, which was a nice surprise. the room also had a full kitchen and all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pool area was clean and spacious. the hotel offered good value for money.

When I walked in, the manager completely ignored me and did not even bother to check me in. It was clear that they did not care about their guests.

The staff was always smiling and helpful, especially William who helped me with a reservation issue. the snacks provided, including nachos, popcorn, and soft drinks, were a great bonus on top of the complimentary dinner and happy hour. the hotel had reliable WiFi and a better than average TV. the room was equipped for an extended stay, with a full, size refrigerator and a two, burner stove top. the bathroom was ample and the bar soap provided was great for moisturizing. the hotel also had a nice mix of carpet and tile flooring.

The WiFi was quite slow and there was a strange smell throughout the hotel, possibly due to cleaning products or outgassing from carpets and fixtures. the pillows were uncomfortably hard and the cleanliness of the hallways was inconsistent.

The hotel was great value for money, with reasonable prices for what they offer. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a good view from the windows. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and we especially appreciated the breakfast included in our stay, which had several options and even some hot offerings.

All was terrific, but it would've been even better if the internet line was faster and if there was a ready supply of bread products for breakfast, as the plain bagels ran out quite early in the morning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The pool and hot tub were great amenities that we took advantage of frequently. We also loved the complimentary perks like the daily drink options and the snacks during happy hour. The rooms were clean, modern, and had Direct TV, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of choices and was delicious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to see our grandson at Fort Huachuca.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as it exceeded my expectations. The location was also great, with plenty of amenities within walking distance.

There was just one minor issue during my stay, but it didn't really bother me. All in all, this hotel was more than okay!

The staff is always polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is an added bonus. Housekeeping checks if we need anything daily. Customer service is exceptional, setting it apart from chain hotels. Friendly and customer-oriented staff.
