I recently stayed at an inn in Lenox and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect - it was just a short walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops. I loved being able to park the car and explore the charming town on foot. The rooms were clean, roomy, and had everything I needed. The inn itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the working gas fireplace in my room, which was perfect for warming up after a day out in the brisk weather. Lastly, the breakfast served at the inn was homemade, generous, and delicious. I loved the assortment of homemade breads, granola, and local cheeses and yogurt. my stay at this hotel was a delightful experience.

The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices including homemade granola and freshly squeezed orange juice. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I was upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost when there was an issue with the TV in my original room. the location was peaceful and quiet, providing a restful night away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The lack of dining options was disappointing, as the bar and restaurant were closed during my stay. It would have been nice to have the option to eat dinner at the hotel.

The innkeepers, Michele and Eiran, maintain high standards and were attentive to our needs. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent attention and felt welcome.

Stayed here with three generations of my family and we all loved our charming bathroom with the antique claw footed tub. Comfortable beds, cool room temperature, helpful staff. No breakfast served at first, but received gift cards for local cafe. On third day, they opened for breakfast which didn't disappoint. Prompt service from warm and welcoming team.
