We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for our road trip to Boise. The hotel had a charming and old-fashioned vibe, with beautiful decorations that made it feel like stepping back in time. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved having a DVD player in our room, with plenty of movies to choose from for a cozy night in.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the air conditioning unit in our room was a bit noisy and could be disruptive at times.

The King Suite at Geiser Grand Hotel was a beautiful upgrade for our stay. The fireplace unit in one room and AC Unit in the other added a cozy ambiance. Although they both went on during the night, there were no instructions in the binder for us to control them. When we complained to management, they offered a refund and suggested 24/7 service, although we were skeptical about a mechanic being available so late at night. They also mentioned a room change, but that wasn't an ideal solution. It's important that the management addresses negative reviews on all sites. The remaining original features of the hotel were lovely, and the proximity to downtown was convenient.

The location is perfect, nestled in the mountains of Oregon, yet still close to downtown Portland. Plus, there is a nice restaurant nearby where I enjoyed delicious food with excellent service.

We had a great stay at this place! It was in the center of the old town and there were many dining options around here. The staff was friendly and provided great service, including room service and housekeeping. We also enjoyed some shopping at the on-site commercial services and there were medical facilities available if needed. We were welcomed with a nice drink and the tours/ticket assistance was helpful to plan our day. We even got to enjoy happy hour! Additionally, the room amenities were great, including the heating, air conditioning, and sitting area. The soundproofed rooms were a plus, and we loved the garden furniture.
