Our recent stay at Georgetown Suites Courtyard was fantastic. The location was excellent, right off M street in Georgetown, and we were within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The two-bedroom suite we had was perfect for our family of five. The room size was spacious, and we appreciated having a separate bedroom with a door for privacy. The amenities were great, including a full-sized fridge and ice maker in the kitchen. Both bathrooms in the suite were also well-maintained. The area felt safe, and we had no difficulty walking to Georgetown campus. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

The room was spacious and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the laundry room with coin-operated machines, were very convenient. The location just off the center of Georgetown was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Leo who gave us great advice on using public transportation. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that took us to Union Station and the metro, allowing us to easily explore this city. Additionally, there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it a perfect location.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was situated in a prime area, close to many attractions and shops. The rooms were large and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. the location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff were the best aspects of our stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the breakfast provided was only mediocre and could have had more variety.

Located in a picturesque neighborhood close to the Lincoln memorial, this hotel in the US capital offers great cab service to monuments. The location is perfect for accessing all attractions in DC. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with great facilities such as laundry and Wi-Fi. The breakfast served here is plentiful with good quality food.

One drawback was a miscommunication regarding free parking and the customer service team's failure to inform a guest of parking charge.

Stayed at Georgetown Suites Courtyard for college tours. Excellent front desk staff - Erick, Miguel and Tiphani were helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was responsive and accommodating. Great location near restaurants, shops, and Georgetown University. Spacious 1-bedroom suite with kitchen, comfortable bed, and good breakfast included. Outstanding moment when staff acknowledged our efforts at the Women's March. A truly memorable stay!

This hotel is exceptional in so many ways. its location couldn't be better -- close to EVERYTHING in the heart of Georgetown. The selection of restaurants and shops nearby is fantastic. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, giving you a much-needed break after visiting all those majestic monuments and crowds of people. Finally, the breakfast provided in the morning is simply the best we've had in the USA. It's included in the stay and offers a great start to the day.

Noise insulation to the street could be improved slightly.
