Stayed at Glacier Bay Lodge for 2 nights and had an amazing time exploring the park. The location is stunning, surrounded by scenic trails and the beautiful shore. The staff was friendly, helpful, and exceptional. The rooms had a lovely wooden, natural feel to them, resembling a Pottery Barn style. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. It was a refreshing change to have no TV or much internet, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature.

The location was perfect, as it was right near the boat that took us to Glacier Bay. The views from the dining room were lovely, and we had the chance to take a National Park ranger-led boat tour in the bay, which was an incredible experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding considerably to our meals. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms had a nice wooden natural feel to them. The restaurant had options for vegetarians, which was a bonus for us. the location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and beautiful views made our stay truly memorable.

One of the best aspects is the location, as the hotel is situated in a scenic area with beautiful trails to explore. Disconnecting from technology was actually a positive experience, allowing time to relax and catch up on reading. The day trip up Glacier Bay and the ranger talks were a great addition to the overall experience.
