We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing us with enhanced comfort during our stay. The hotel's indoor pool was a hit with our kids, and they also loved the snooker/pool tables available on the premises. The food in the bar was delicious and reasonably priced, making our dining experience enjoyable. this hotel offered exceptional service and amenities.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. the location was perfect, close to all the holiday festivities, which made it very convenient. the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were provided with all the necessary amenities we needed. the food at the onsite restaurants was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of options available. the indoor pool was an added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the town.

That our room was a little small, but it was still comfortable enough to accommodate us. the walls were a little thin, so we could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms, but it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel is set on a scenic estate with beautiful grounds and a historic mansion full of character. The rooms are generally modern and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food, including an omelette station. The hotel has a pub, pool, fitness center, and other activities for guests to enjoy.

The hotel's dining room service was lacking, with slow and unresponsive staff.

During my recent stay at Glen Cove Mansion, I had a positive experience with the room I was assigned. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, my room was clean and comfortable. I did notice some peeling wallpaper and water damage on the walls, but it didn't affect my overall satisfaction. The room had a weird smell initially, but the hotel staff promptly moved me to another room that didn't have any odor issues.

Although the gym was in need of upgraded equipment and the steam and sauna were not in operation, I still found the hotel's amenities satisfactory. The vending machines may have been ancient, but they were fully functional and provided the items I wanted.
