Convenient location with easy access to the tram. the apartment was new and clean. the rooms were spacious and had a comfortable living room area.

The elevator broke down upon arrival and we had to carry our eight heavy luggages up five flights of stairs. the fire alarm went off multiple times a day and management couldn't resolve the issue.

The apartment offered plenty of space with three bedrooms. the fully equipped kitchen and dining area were lovely. the location was great, close to a grocery store and convenient for visiting the local attractions.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the elevator was out of service for our entire 5-day stay, which was quite inconvenient.

The people were nice. Convenient location with subway nearby. Onsite laundry facilities. Good restaurants and convenience store nearby. Recently renovated apartment with central heating, air, and full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed and even reached out to check if I required any additional assistance. the apartment itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable linens and pillows. the kitchen appliances were modern and I especially enjoyed using the coffee maker. the location was convenient, with a subway station right outside and a variety of restaurants nearby. the onsite laundry facilities were easily accessible. the apartment had clearly been renovated recently, with fresh paint and excellent central heating and air conditioning.

Great stay for city break. Convenient location with easy access to downtown and city. The room was nice and clean, suitable for a group of five people. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were wrapped in a cute way, and had everything we needed. The kitchen utensils were clean and well-kept. The neighborhood was clean and safe. Easy check-in and check-out process.

The gym could have had more equipment. The beds in the smaller bedrooms were very hard.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel called Global Luxury Suites in Brookline for a week-long trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Caroline who went out of her way to assist us. The location was convenient, with the above ground subway just outside the hotel. The newly renovated apartment was clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as central heating and air and a full kitchen. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that there was a lovely pond nearby where my daughter and I could go for our morning runs. it was a fantastic stay with all the necessary facilities and friendly staff.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, with public transportation right outside the building. It was convenient to explore the city from there. the towels and linens provided were of good quality.

The noise from other apartments and the hallway was quite disruptive, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. the bathroom faucet sprayed water on the floor, and the shower curtain was flimsy and didn't fit properly.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the gym, study area, and rooftop area.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.
