We loved the location of this hotel, with a bus stop just one minute away and the convenience of having a WholeFoods and CVS right next to the building. The rooms were cozy, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment and the well-stocked kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and easy, thanks to the friendly host waiting in the lobby. Additionally, having a supermarket across the street made our stay even more convenient.

I recently stayed at Global Luxury Suites In South End for a week while visiting Boston. The convenience of having a pharmacy on the ground floor and a Whole Foods across the road that was open from 7am-10pm was incredibly helpful. The abundance of towels and pillows in the room was a pleasant surprise. Having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was extremely convenient, and the ice machine in the freezer was a great bonus.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Global Luxury Suites in the South End for a few weeks and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The building itself is new and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities in the apartment are excellent, and the welcome package was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the pool area where tourists are not allowed to use the sunloungers.

Plus, the location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and Whole Foods just across the street. We also loved that there was a great place to take our pets out. the room was very clean and we enjoyed the convenience of having a washer and dryer in our unit.

On the negative side, the customer service was not up to scratch. the staff was rude and not trained in guest hospitality.

the apartment was amazing - brand new, clean, and with an awesome view! the bed and bedding were great, and the fluffy towels made us feel so pampered. having a washer/dryer was a wonderful convenience, and being able to store our bags before our flight was a huge help. the location was perfect - just a short walk to everything!
