I had a great experience at the hotel. the location was very convenient, close to public transportation stops like BART and cable car. the hosts were friendly and helpful. the room was cozy and comfortable, and I enjoyed the French-style breakfast with croissants and pain au chocolat. I also liked the afternoon tea, although I could only attend once. it was a lovely stay.
