We had a great stay at Good Nite Inn. The staff was amazing - super nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and they provided us with great advice for getting around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Despite a minor issue with the sink, maintenance fixed it promptly. The location was convenient, with Lyft easily accessible for our trips to Universal Studios and Disneyland. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sylmar for a week-long visit to see my family. The newly renovated hotel felt brand new, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP guest. The 32" flat screen TV in my clean and comfortable room was a nice touch, and there was even an extra blanket provided. The maids were friendly and always made sure my room was spotless. The pool was clean and inviting, and parking was a breeze. The location was conveniently close to the freeway, but surprisingly noise-free. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even had a security guard in the parking lot at night, which made me feel safe. I also appreciated the reasonable price for such a clean and spacious room. The wifi connection was great, and I had no issues with it. The location was very convenient, as it was close to everything I needed in The Valley. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel had easy access to the freeway.

The TV setup was a bit confusing at first, but once I found the configuration button on the power button itself, it was like having an all-in-one remote built-in. The staff was fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even promptly addressed an ADA compliance issue I pointed out, providing a refund and a complimentary future stay. The location is convenient, with nearby dining options and easy access to the I5. a great experience!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during check-in and checkout. The AC in the room worked well and kept us cool during the hot weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which made for a pleasant stay.

The water pressure in the shower was low and it took some time to adjust the temperature. It would have been nicer if the room had a microwave and mini-fridge for added convenience.
