I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Grand Lodge Hotel Wausau. The hallways and common areas were immaculately clean, which really made a positive impression. We had a fantastic time at the Family Waterpark. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, even with our family of six. The waterpark was well-maintained and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The location of the hotel is great as it is right in the waterpark, perfect for families with children. Additionally, the food court area is located down by the waterpark which is very convenient. All in all, everything was up to par for an indoor water park.

The staff could use some improvement as they often forgot to clean the rooms, change towels and refill coffee or cups.

They even went above and beyond when my daughter had an accident at the water park, providing immediate assistance, notifying me, and checking on her later to ensure her well-being.
