The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just across the street, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at Grand View. It was larger than I expected and very clean. The balcony was a nice touch, and the unobstructed view of the ocean was breathtaking. I also appreciated the convenience of the trolley stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I had a relaxed and enjoyable time at Grand View Hotel.

One drawback was that there were some maintenance issues during our stay. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived and it took a couple of days to get it fixed.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a breathtaking view across the street from the ocean. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I booked a room with a balcony and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, with no noisy guests to disturb my peace. I had a great experience at Grand View.

The view from my room at Grand View was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the ocean right from my window, and the sound of the waves was so calming. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

I loved my stay at the Grand View Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, setting a relaxed tone for my time there. The beach access was conveniently close, and my room had an unobstructed view of the beach, which was amazing. Speaking of the room, it was larger than I had expected and impeccably clean. A pleasant surprise was the trolley stop right at the Grand View, making transportation a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!

The location of the hotel was amazing, with a spectacular view that left us in awe. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The premises were very clean and our room had a comfortable bed with lots of space. The hosts, Stan and Elizabeth, were helpful and informative, sharing their love for the place with us. The daily exercise of going up and down the 20 steps was a nice bonus, and the views of sunrises and sunsets were absolutely outstanding. The porch provided a perfect spot for meditating, with no one else around to disturb us. we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be looking forward to revisiting in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean and had a modern and updated feel. The soft colors and attention to detail gave it a fresh and up-to-date ambiance. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a working refrigerator and microwave. The shower had great water pressure and there was always plenty of hot water. The attached porch had comfortable seating and offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the ocean and the Nubble Lighthouse. We enjoyed dining on the porch while watching the waves and the hustle and bustle on Long Sands Beach. The pool was also clean and refreshing, perfect for a swim. The overall property was well-maintained, and there was ample parking available for guests.

There was plenty of free parking available and great restaurants nearby. The beach across the road was really nice and it was pleasant to hear the sound of the surf.
