I always stay at this cozy hotel. Staff helped me find a taxi once. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hr reception, indoor pool, business center. Comes with cots, wheelchair access, no pets, A/C, and no smoking. Coming back for Xmas.

The room was spacious with a big TV! the hotel had cool decorations in the lobby and a beautiful view. It was convenient to be near everything I wanted to visit.

Came to get in the hot tub but no pool towels were there. Had to use my own beach towel.

During our stay, we were impressed by the perfect location of the hotel. It was right across the street from the grocery store which was very convenient. Besides, nestled near skiing at Hoodoo, the hotel provided us with a great opportunity to take some outstanding photos of the beautiful mountains while enjoying the snow. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good selection of items and was nicely prepared.

We experienced some issues with the room's soundproofing, and we could hear some coughing through the walls.

While the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, it would have been great to have an outdoor area created for smoking which would nicely accommodate non-smokers.

The friendly staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. Cons: Everything was ideal. No handrails in the bath made us feel unsafe.

Nothing all excellent.

The hotel was incredibly clean, and I especially loved the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. the room bedding was fresh, and the free WiFi was a huge plus. the breakfast food was delicious and had a wide variety of options. One really nice touch was how friendly and considerate the personnel was; they had great information readily available, which helped our trip run smoothly.

The hot tub didn't work properly during our entire stay, and there was no outdoor facility for smokers. the bathroom needed safety bars in the shower and a non-slip mat, which is important for older guests.
