We had a great time at this water park resort. the buffet offered delicious food at a reasonable price, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly fulfilling our request for extra pillows and towels. the variety of attractions and activities provided entertainment for all ages, ensuring a fun-filled stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the sleeper sofa in our room was quite saggy, making it uncomfortable for our grandson.

We loved the front desk staff and the grill staff - fantastic customer service! The food at the grill was amazing, with perfectly cooked steaks. Our whole family raved about their meals, even our tough-to-impress parents. The water park concept was great, and the water level was perfect for kids. There were lots of fun activities for the kids and the facility was extremely family-friendly. The Paw Passes were a fabulous idea, and our children ended up with more souvenirs than we would have bought.

I loved my stay at Great Wolf Lodge! David at check-in was fantastic, upgrading us to a larger room for our group. The water park was a highlight, with lifeguards everywhere. The activities for the kids, like shopping, dancing, the arcade, and MapQuest, were a hit. My son was determined to complete the Magi Wand quest on his own, and seeing his smile was priceless. Additionally, the fact that we could bring our own food to the hotel was a bonus. I've already recommended this resort to my friends, and we'll definitely be back. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Thank you!

great wolf lodge exceeded our expectations during this visit. the activities for the kids were amazing, from shopping and dancing to the arcade and mapquest activities. the staff was helpful and the food at the grill was incredible. our whole family enjoyed the stay and we cannot wait to come back.

My family recently stayed at a lodge with plenty of activities for the kids. The water park and Magiquest were a hit, and we all had a blast. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the fireplace in the great room. The buffet dinner was affordable, especially with the discounted rates for children.

Despite the fun activities, the customer service was lacking. We had issues with double charging and struggled to get a response from the staff.

Activities for kids include shopping, dancing, arcade, and MapQuest. Magi Wand pricey but worth it for quest. Can bring outside food. Recommended to friends. Helpful staff.

We booked the Kids Cabin and my kids loved it, with the bunk beds and their own TV. The staff went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday, with a special howl at check-in and birthday song at the restaurant. The bubble wands and nightly dance party were a hit. The activities for kids, like the MapQuest quests, were a great touch. Staff were enthusiastic and responsive via text. The lifeguards were attentive and well-trained.

We loved that everything was all inclusive and we didn't have to leave the hotel. The to-go cups from the Grill were a nice touch. Staying in a room close to the waterpark was super convenient.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the water park passes that were included in the room price. It made it a great value for my family. Another bonus was the birthday package that we purchased for my child. It added a special touch to our trip. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.

There were a couple of things that were not so great about my experience. the lines for the waterslides at the water park were incredibly long when it got busy.
