The hotel's proximity to Bob Hope Airport made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover. the easy access to the metro station and city bus allowed for seamless transportation around the area.

The biggest downside of my stay was encountering multiple ants in the room. It was a frustrating experience and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

My stay at GreenTree Inn & Suites Alhambra was delightful. The room was super clean and comfy, and the complimentary chocolates and bottled water were a nice touch. The outdoor swimming pool provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

There was confusion with charging my credit card and a mix up with the bill for a different guest. When I indicated there was a different charge on the receipt I was given, it was dismissed as if my comment was an irritation.

My sister and I have stayed at Greentree Inn & Suites a few times already for her business trips, and we have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly polite, responsive, and friendly. The breakfast, although served differently now, is still very satisfying. The rooms upstairs are comfortable, quiet, and some even have a nice view of the outside street. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 2-mile radius.

Super surprised at the refurbished rooms they were really so good

I was super surprised by the quality of the refurbished rooms at this hotel. They were incredibly spacious and beautifully presented, with high-quality linen, pillows, and all new fittings. The modern decor in shades of grey and green showed great attention to detail. The rooms were also extremely comfortable, on par with those of a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming and the ample free car parking was a definite plus. The location was great too, with the lively Alhambra and its many restaurants just a short drive away. Plus, the continental breakfast included in my room rate was a delightful bonus. excellent value for money.

Another highlight was the complimentary full breakfast, which offered a wide variety of hot and cold choices, including yogurt, cereal, fruits. The staff kept everything well-stocked and even checked on us to replenish the waffle batter. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend GreenTree Inn & Suites to anyone visiting the area.

There was also a CVS right next door, which came in handy for any last-minute necessities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
