Although we encountered a minor issue with the sofa, the staff was quick to respond and resolved the problem. The location was perfect for exploring the Second Street District, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby. I highly recommend this aparthotel for your stay in Austin.

The view of the city was stunning, especially during the Christmas season. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer in the room was a huge convenience.

The elevator wait times were incredibly long as there was only one operational. It made getting around the hotel frustrating.
