I had a wonderful time staying at Gulf Place! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The pool right outside my patio door was a great feature. The front office staff, especially Jessica, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, having umbrella and chairs included made beach trips a breeze. I highly recommend this place for a great value and a fantastic beach vacation.

Our second stay at GulfPlace and we'll be back again! The location is amazing, right across from the beach and close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The pools, hot tubs, and grounds are well-maintained. Shops and restaurants onsite and nearby. The bike/walk trail outside the front door takes you down 30A. Front office staff, especially Jessica, were extremely helpful. The pool right outside the patio door and beach just a 3-minute walk away. Umbrella and chairs included, just needed beach towels and a cooler.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! the apartment was newly renovated with beautiful new furnishings that made it feel cozy and comfortable. We loved the fact that we didn't have to leave the premises for anything, as there were plenty of restaurants, a pharmacy, and even a coffee spot nearby. the best part was the short 3-minute walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. Not having to worry about carrying beach chairs and umbrellas was such a relief, as they were provided for us. It made our beach days so much more enjoyable!

There were a few things that could have been improved during our stay. One thing we didn't like was the noise from the hallway outside the bedroom.
