The hotel exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Rebecca, made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The modern and spacious condos were well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning views of the Gulf from our beachfront location were simply breathtaking. One of our favorite features was the screened-in patio, where we enjoyed our morning coffees and evening drinks while soaking up the fresh ocean air. The hotel's location was excellent, with restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies within walking distance. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this hotel was perfect, making it great for both mature couples and families.

We had a memorable Christmas at this beachfront resort. the access to the beach was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and soothing sounds of the waves. the spacious and well, maintained apartment provided the perfect space for our family of four, with the added benefit of a full kitchen where we could prepare our own breakfast. Additionally, we appreciated the early check, in option, which allowed us to start our vacation without any delay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. the lack of staff presence in the office after 5 pm was inconvenient, especially when we encountered issues with our room keys and had to rely on security intervention.

This hotel is amazing! I loved the luxurious rooms with stunning beach views. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. What's more, the location is perfect, right on the beach with everything you need nearby. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, a great way to start the day. I enjoyed the upgraded room I received without even asking. The kitchen was fully functional which made cooking easy and enjoyable.

No major issues to mention, everything was great!

Beautiful and spacious facility with stunning ocean views. Nice pool and close to downtown area. Rental cabanas available on the beach. Plenty of sand dollars, starfish, and shells to be found. the sand is soft and not hot even in the afternoon.

Beach chair/umbrella service was not very family, oriented and had poor customer service. Bedrooms did not have room darkening ability.

Great location next to the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Spacious, well-equipped apartments with friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and access to both the pool and the beach. a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

On our recent business trip, we stayed at a resort right on the beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main area of Ft Myers Beach via rented bikes and the nearby trolley stop. Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was the cleanest we have ever seen, and the master suite provided a welcome sanctuary. The pool area was small but clean and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs for lounging. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view from the 11th floor.

The snack bar at the pool was not open during our stay.
