The staff at the hotel were pleasant and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. the room had low noise levels and the furniture was beautiful. the bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the well-equipped bathroom with quality towels and hardware. Additionally, the hotel had a well-maintained pool, spa, and fitness area. the location was convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores a short distance away in Steilacoom.

One downside was that the heater to the pool was broken during our stay. In addition, we had difficulty obtaining a receipt for reimbursement.
