The location was perfect, being close to downtown and the convention center. It made exploring the city so much easier and enjoyable. And let's not forget the delicious and well-organized continental breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices. I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the basic amenities provided are really impressive. On top of that, the rooms are very clean and cozy with comfortable carpeting. This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. With the included breakfast and SECURED parking at a great price, it was a steal. Secondly, the staff members were some of the best I've encountered at a hotel. They were accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with attention to detail like soft carpeting. The location of this hotel was also perfect, being conveniently in the downtown area and close to the train station and convention center.

The indoor pool with splashpad and waterfalls was a hit with my 7-year-old, and the bar and pool table downstairs were a great addition. The cleanliness of the rooms, with no stains on the linen or towels, was impressive. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, although there weren't many choices for vegans or vegetarians.

I keep returning for Christmas. Friendly staff gave me a local taxi number early on. I find everything I need here: Wi-Fi, bar, indoor pool, express check-in, and no smoking. Perfect for me.

The breakfast was a nice surprise, not just the usual choices, but also new items every day, which kept things interesting. the gym and pool facilities were excellent and included a range of equipment and recreational activities, and the staff were helpful with answering questions and printing out boarding passes.

I had an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room, which seemed to switch on and off throughout the night, affecting my sleep quality. the elevators require a keycard to operate, which made carrying luggage difficult, although I can understand the need for security measures.
