During our recent stay at Hampton Inn, we were impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular situation stood out to us. Our baby got sick and vomited on the bedding and towels, but the maid was quick to respond and replaced all the soiled linens. It was truly exceptional service. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall. We would recommend Hampton Inn to others based on the great service and cleanliness of the rooms.

Great indoor heated pool and hot tub. Clean rooms with fluffy pillows and nice duvets. Evening cookies and coffee. Helpful and attentive staff.

This hotel was an ideal location for our senior softball tournament and it was also close to several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, and hot food. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The furniture in the room was a bit worn and needed replacing.

The noise level was intolerable, especially during the night. Squeaky floors, loud ambulances, and helicopters made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing a rollaway bed for our group of five adults. Their friendly and prompt assistance was greatly appreciated.

Room featured useful amenities like fridge and microwave, also had a functional workspace. Location is surrounded by various dining options. Birds outside window were only disturbance. Friendly housekeeping and breakfast staff maintained clean and comfortable space. Future stays are possible.

We spent an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. the holiday spirit was everywhere: decorations, friendly atmosphere, complimentary cookies, and hot drinks at all times. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel was located near many restaurants and shops. the gym was well-equipped.

The only negative aspect was the noise level in the hotel hallways early in the morning. It's not the fault of the hotel, but some inconsiderate guests were making noise while walking and talking.

The free breakfast had a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the waffles and fresh fruit. we had a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect as we were right in the center of everything and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also great that we were close to everything, making it easy to get to the Grand Canyon. The service was amazing, with room service, dry cleaning, laundry, taxi service and all the amenities we could think of like ironing facilities. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a lovely sitting area. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a hairdryer, bathtub, and free toiletries.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.
