The check-in process , with the staff being less than friendly. They insisted on a $50 deposit that was not returned, claiming they couldn't provide a receipt since the reservation was made through a third-party website.

As a family with kids, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Dawn who promptly attended to our requests. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast selection was great, and the breakfast staff were wonderful.

The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby shops and attractions like Bass Pro Shop and the movies. Even at night, I felt safe walking around. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered a nice breakfast and hot drinks in the lobby. a pleasant experience that I would recommend.
