I had a really good stay at this hotel in Bartow. the location was ideal for me as it was in a small shopping plaza and very close to the softball tournament that I was attending. The hotel itself had basic amenities, but what stood out for me was the staff. They were incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable, with very cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Another positive aspect was the breakfast included in the price, which was quite good with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and I will definitely consider staying here again for next year's tournament.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bartow and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast and the occasional noise from neighboring rooms, these did not detract from our overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bartow.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby in the Lakeland area. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carol Sperry, who provided exceptional service and resolved a potential problem with professionalism and efficiency. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Excellent service from the Front Office Manager, resolving our problem professionally and patiently. Comfy beds, wide channel selection, and responsive remote. Clean and pleasing modern decor. Sliding door to the bathroom was a nice touch. Everything we needed was in the room!
