The location of this hotel is very convenient, with the mall and Frankenmuth just a short drive away. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a bright atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. a great place to stay for exploring the area.

The hot tub and pool were not in working condition during my stay.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was amazing! The location was convenient, close to shops and easily accessible from the highway. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the super clean rooms. The comforters on the bed were so cozy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The staff was exceptional, despite being busy during check-in. They were helpful and attentive to our needs, making sure we were on the quiet end of the hotel.

The hotel had a hot breakfast available, even without buffet style, which was a bonus. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us. the location of the hotel was also great, as it provided quick access to the nearby Birch Run Outlets.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the first was the noise from the busy expressway, as our room overlooked it.

Convenient to so many attractions in the Frankenmuth area, this hotel was a great value. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided plenty of space. The staff was very personable and accommodating.

Some front desk staff members were not properly trained on how to handle issues or process payment methods.

The room I was given was very clean and well-stocked with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable with fluffy warm blankets. The location of the hotel was close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth, which were the main attractions I wanted to visit. Despite not being located right in Frankenmuth, it was still a convenient distance away, allowing me to enjoy the events happening there without having to pay the high prices for lodging in that area. The property itself was bright, clean, and modern, making for a pleasant stay.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway around the end of September. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was near an outlet mall, shops, and eateries. the modern decor of the hotel was refreshing, and the room we stayed in was large and clean. the breakfast was delicious, and the best part was that it was complimentary with a wide variety of food to choose from. Another great perk was the pool, perfect for a relaxing swim.

Our hot water ran out quickly during our shower and had to wait for it to heat back up again. It would have been nice if there was a small fridge in the room to store perishable foods.
