I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Bowie for a business trip. It was a great experience - the high toilet and spacious bathroom in my room were perfect. The staff was professional, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient, with restaurants, local stores, and malls all within walking distance or a short drive across the road. Nicole at the front desk was awesome, and the firm mattress ensured I got a solid 9 hours of sleep. The breakfast selection, including fresh sliced fruit, was wonderful. a very good business hotel with large and clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, good internet, and TV options. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The customer service at the hotel was lacking. There were instances where there was no staff present at the reception area, which was concerning for safety reasons.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection and changed daily. The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs, as it was close to major north-south and east-west arteries, making it easy to reach the graduation party we were attending. Additionally, there were plenty of food eateries and shopping options, including an outlet and a movie theater, right across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly and always available to help, and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free.

There were issues with the service that really bring down the hotel’s score. The front desk staff was less than enthusiastic, and the cancellation policy was unfair.
