Friendly staff and great location near downtown. During our stay at Hampton Inn Charlotte-Belmont @ Montcross, we were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to downtown. The beds and showers were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

We received great value for our money at Hampton Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and had a convenient thermostat. The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.
