The whirlpool room we stayed in was clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the front desk staff going above and beyond in customer service for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a super convenient location. It was within walking distance of downtown and all its attractions, such as museums, restaurants, and shops. The hotel had clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of choices like scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels. The staff, especially Marie at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They even had a free shuttle service to get around the city effortlessly, and parking was available in a nearby garage connected to the hotel. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, proximity to main attractions, breakfast.

Hard to think of anything negative.

Our recent family trip to Uptown Charlotte was made extra special by a conveniently located hotel with a friendly staff. From here, we walked to the main attractions, such as the Spectrum Center and EpiCenter, as well as restaurants downtown. We were also impressed by the comfortable beds and clean bathroom, which exceeded our expectations. In addition, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with various options, including maple smoked sausage. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch.

The thermostat didn't work properly, and the temperature in the room was a little too warm for our liking.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was really nice. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and the staff, especially Marie at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and got the king size bed and jacuzzi tub room. It was clean, modernized, and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with nearby restaurants and a concert arena. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were pleased with two standout features. First, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided us with small gestures like bottles of water and cookies. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was conveniently situated near restaurants and an arena for concerts, which allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the local entertainment. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the pool had limited hours, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to take advantage of it during our stay.
