We loved the location of the hotel, as it was directly in the center and close to everything we wanted or needed. It was conveniently located near city attractions in downtown. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The location felt safe, with plenty of people around.

The hotel's location in the heart of Downtown, close proximity to the Chicago riverwalk, and easy access to transportation make it an excellent choice. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including a delicious breakfast and classy bar, were top-notch. The staff, particularly Ryan, stood out for their friendly and welcoming attitude, making my stay incredibly comfortable.

Great location - close to major attractions and public transportation. Beautiful building - retains the character and charm of the original architecture. Good breakfast choices - better than other Hampton Inn locations.

Small rooms - cramped for two people with limited space for luggage. Lack of maintenance - bathroom could use some upkeep and the thermostat in the room couldn't be adjusted, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping environment.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff, perfect location close to everything, and the comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast included in the price was a nice bonus.

The bathroom door was a bit inconvenient as it was a sliding pocket door and didn't offer much privacy. However, the staff did offer extra blankets and were very responsive in trying to fix the issue.
