The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice smell. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with our booking. We were able to quickly resolve the problem and enjoy our time at the Cleveland Cavaliers game. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the check-in process was easy. a great experience with the Hampton Inn.

I must mention Marcus, who was especially friendly and helpful. Although I encountered a minor issue with the TV, the front desk staff handled it promptly. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the location couldn't be better. it was a great experience.

The location was 100% the reason why I chose it - it's smack dab in the middle of everything with tons of things to do around it. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our overnight stay enjoyable. They provided excellent service and were always ready to help with any request. The basic amenities were up to par and the rooms, although a bit crowded, were clean and looked nice.
