The staff were warm and hospitable, especially Thomas and the young lady who provided hot breakfast every morning. The management team worked together to create a peaceful and comfortable environment. The rooms were well-kept and very clean, with the added bonus of whirlpool tubs and pull-out sofa beds. The location was convenient, being very close to a restaurant in a local shopping center where we were meeting friends, as well as being close to the events in the area and another establishment that takes public safety more seriously. The breakfast options, besides the delicious waffles, were also enjoyable.

One of the downsides was the small and cold pool. Although the staff assured me that they were working on fixing the heater, it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy a swim.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn in Columbia for my birthday week. The room was beautiful and gave off a wonderful vibe. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with Marie constantly adding new items. The staff, especially Tori at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. The hospitality, including 24-hour coffee, free breakfast, and free hygiene items, was excellent. Having a Chick-fil-A within walking distance was also a plus. We will definitely be returning!

Had a fantastic time on New Year's Eve. the staff was very hospitable, they provided complementary water bottles in the room which was really thoughtful. the location was perfect, lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Plus it was easy to find. the bed was very comfy, and the alarm clock was a hit with my husband. Breakfast was also really delicious, it was the perfect start to our day.

The whirlpool room was amazing, with a huge whirlpool tub that was so relaxing. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast options were delicious and I loved that I could take it back to my room. The option to reserve the pool for a private experience was a great touch. I would recommend this hotel.

I was a bit disappointed that my room was located next to the elevator and ice machine, as I could hear all the noise from people coming and going. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more information about the security deposit amount before arriving at the hotel.
