Location was great, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with check-in being easy. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel offered enjoyable activities nearby, such as hiking Mount Roosevelt and visiting Roughlock Falls.

Parking was a bit tricky, as overnight parking was not initially available. There were some noise disturbances, both from the street and from other guests in the hallways.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was great. The location on Main Street was convenient with parking available across the street. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Despite being part of a casino, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the coffee area. There was also a strange smear on one of the pictures.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, both at check-in and during check-out. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with great information about local attractions, including museums and scenic byways. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, especially in our room which was disinfected and sanitized for our visit. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk down to the downtown area easily. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff, including the kind and sociable cook, made sure the dining area was clean and welcoming.
