The check-in process at Hampton Inn Decatur was swift and easy. The staff member, Fran, was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and welcoming, with a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the convenient location near many restaurants. I had a positive experience at Hampton Inn Decatur and would recommend it.

One drawback during my stay was that the tub in my room did not drain properly, which made showering a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the power outlets in the room were not working, but luckily I had brought my own iron.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the comfortable mattress and the five soft pillows provided in our room. The black-out curtains were a great addition, allowing us to sleep in without any disturbance. Special mention to Kayla at the front desk, who was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The coffee at this inn was also fantastic, giving us the perfect start to our day.

We felt safe walking at night and had nothing to complain about.

I had an awesome Easter weekend! the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection. the free cookies in the lobby were also a nice touch. the hotel was in a convenient location, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean and well-furnished. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was situated near the center of the building, ensuring easy access to all areas. Furthermore, it was conveniently located next to a strip mall, allowing for shopping convenience. Additionally, being very close to the soccer complex was a major advantage for us, as we needed to be in close proximity for our activities.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the pillows. Although the hotel was generally clean, the pillows had a strong unpleasant odor.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby which added to the festive spirit.

My room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for my family of three. Despite some minor rust stains in the tub, everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.
