I always return for business. First stay, staff gave a local taxi number , helpful! Place suits perfectly: Wi, Fi, Free parking. Also, Flat, screen TV, Lift, Business centre. No pets, Air conditioning, No smoking.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn for a weekend getaway. the room size was perfect, and the breakfast was a delightful start to our days. the cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly, but the front desk woman was the true star - incredibly remarkable! The hotel is well worth the aggravation of finding it due to its quiet location close to Water World and convenient interstate access. the rooms were spotless and comfortable with all the basic amenities well maintained. The breakfast spread was amazing, changing daily and including a to-go bag, making it a delightful start to each day. Cons: Housekeeping can be improved for more proactive towel and trash replenishment.

The premium king room lacked basic amenities like soap and body wash for 2 days. the spa was out of order, and my puppy wasn't allowed in the pool area, forcing me to miss a family event. Overall I'd still recommend Hampton Inn.
