The hotel grounds were well-kept, and there were strategically placed benches for smoking guests without interrupting others. The staff was professional, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The room had all the necessary amenities such as a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Additionally, the breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, and the 24-hour lobby offered coffee, tea, and cocoa. our stay at Hampton Inn was enjoyable and convenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel near my family and it was a clean and comfortable stay at a great price. The lobby had excellent coffee and snacks, including M&Ms, which was a nice touch. The suites on the first floor were surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed and in-room Jacuzzi. The shower was also larger than expected. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The best part was the breakfast - everything was well organized, stocked, and clean, unlike other hotels I've experienced.

The front desk agent, Palo, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. He even gave me some delicious Michigan-made chips as a welcome treat. The hotel also had a taco day where I could help myself to tasty tacos in the lobby dining area. It was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. the hospitality provided by Palo and the hotel staff was exceptional.

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Shelby Township for a family vacation. The spacious room was perfect for my 1.5 year old, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The check-in process was quick, and we appreciated the convenience of automatic check-out. The hotel was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. a great experience and we would happily stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff went over and beyond with their excellent customer service, helping me with my reservation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices, and I loved that the room had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The location was perfect, right next to the freeway and a Walmart. It was also in a nice area with some stores nearby. The hotel was easily accessible, close to the highway exit.

The two complementary water bottles and breakfast were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the spacious room and the friendly staff who always greeted us warmly.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, as the signage was not very clear from the main road. the layout of the room was a bit strange, with the bathroom being located in a separate area from the sink and mirror.

This hotel was a great choice! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering that all basic amenities are included. The hot tub is fantastic and the room with 2 queen beds we got was perfect for our needs. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk.
