We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. The staff went above and beyond in providing exceptional service, from the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the caring and joyful housekeeping team. They made us feel appreciated and loved during a difficult time. The beds were super comfortable, and the duvet covers were fantastic. The hotel had great little touches like 24-hour free coffee, complimentary toiletries including Neutrogena shampoo and conditioner, and even makeup remover wipes. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and absolutely loved it! it's located in a convenient area, close to everything you need. Secondly, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Thirdly, the rooms were lovely - clean, spacious, and well-equipped with basic amenities.

The staff, especially the young lady who checked us in, was absolutely amazing and deserving of recognition. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the duvet covers were exceptional. Received two complementary facts which was good, and the location was not bad either. One advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel, but that was unfortunately negated by the negative experience.
