We were grateful to find a hotel room during the busy 75th Anniversary of Sturgis Bike Week. The prices were high but worth it for a good night's sleep before exploring Rapid City/Mt. Rushmore. The staff was caring and helpful, going above and beyond to salt the icy parking lot. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others heading this way.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Wyoming and it was a great experience. the location was very convenient, just off Highway 90, making it easy to access. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we checked in until we left. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern and calming decor. it was a comfortable stay with great service and basic amenities.

Unexpectedly incredible customer service! We accidentally left our suitcase in the breakfast area, and a staff member called to notify us and ensured our belongings were safely stored. They went above and beyond! The comfortable beds and clean rooms were just what we expected from a Hampton Inn. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and were very impressed with the friendly staff, who made us feel at home. The breakfast was included and we particularly liked the local jerky and the variety of options available. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the comfy beds allowed us to fully enjoy our stay.

The renovation work being carried out during our stay was disruptive causing a constant noise of slamming doors. It would have been great if the doors could have been adjusted to close more softly.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just off the highway and easy to find. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. The continental breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, perfect for starting our Christmas morning off right. We also loved the fact that there was a business center and fitness center available for our use.
