Great room, but sleepless

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and had a great room, but unfortunately, it was a sleepless night for me and my wife. We were upgraded to a nice suite, which looked awesome at first.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were delicious and filling. The location was perfect, with convenient access to stores and restaurants in the area. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, our room was not serviced on Saturday and no one apologized or offered services for the oversight.
