The staff here were exceptional in their greetings, facilitating needs, and of course the cookies! the person who checked me in was very pleasant and even remembered me. the location of the hotel was also great, convenient for my needs.

I had a totally different experience with other staff members. the ladies in the breakfast area seemed very unhappy and made me feel like I was imposing when I asked for a knife to butter my bagel.

I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn in Henderson. The location was perfect, right off the interstate and close to the cemetery where I needed to visit. The breakfast provided was delicious and the internet connection was reliable. The staff was helpful in finding my Hilton Honors number, making my check-in process smooth.

The prices are reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The staff is very attentive and goes above and beyond to meet the guests' needs.
