Great location near downtown attractions.

During my stay, I faced numerous issues with the room key. it wouldn’t work multiple times, leading to frustrating back and forth with the service desk. I also found the room decor to be quite sterile and lacking warmth, which made it less inviting. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic. even after paying for parking, I was anxious about whether a spot would be available upon return.

The modern pool facilities provided a refreshing retreat after a long day of walking around the city.

The parking situation is chaotic!!! If you pay for a spot, you should always have one available!!! Don't expect your room to be ready when you arrive on time!!! Noise from the street is disruptive, making sleep elusive!!!

The water in the shower had excellent pressure, and I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, which included options like banana bread waffles. However, I encountered noise disturbances from the street and limited parking availability.

During my stay, I loved how close this hotel was to the Indianapolis Zoo, which is just under 2 km away and perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the experience was enriched by the friendly staff and good breakfast options available before heading out to explore. you really can't beat the charm of being able to walk to so many landmarks like the Indiana State Capitol and Monument Circle within a short distance if that's what you love as a weekend traveler like me.

The location is perfect for accessing downtown restaurants, and it's right on the canal, making it a beautiful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good variety for a free offering.

Parking fees were a bit high, which was unexpected for a budget traveler like me.

Our five-night stay had its ups and downs. While the building charm was delightful, we faced alarming billing issues that were stressful. The breakfast staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the warm ambiance of the common areas. Future guests should confirm billing details upon check-in to avoid surprises.

The hotel is a charming former church, featuring stunning stained glass and wooden details that add unique character. The breakfast offered was surprisingly good for a continental option, and the staff were notably friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in. However, some amenities fell short. on our final night, there were issues with noise that disrupted sleep, and we experienced a lack of room service responsiveness. Additionally, the parking options seemed limited at times, making logistics a bit difficult.

It was just a perfect match for a city holiday in Indianapolis with great value for the money. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a refreshing start to my day. Be mindful of the limited parking situation when planning your arrival.
